Kumon “Friend Referral ∙ April 2025” Terms and Conditions
Kumon Hong Kong Co. Ltd. (applicable to HK region) / Kumon Macao Co. Ltd. (applicable to Macao region) is the Organizer of the event “Friend Referral∙April 2025” (“Event”).
Target: Referrer must be a parent of a current student in HK or Macao.Referee’s child must enroll at a Kumon education centre in HK or Macao in April 2025 (Details of the eligibility please refer to the contents below).
Event Period: 21March 2025 – 20 April 2025
Event Details:
During Event Period, for each successful referral of a new enrollment student to join at Kumon Education Centre, both Referrer & Referee will receive HK$100 e-Gift voucher each. If the Referrer successfully refers two new enrollment students, the Referrer will receive HK$200 e-Gift vouchers, and so on without any upper limit.
Eligibility for the Event: 5.1 The Referrer must be a parent of a current studentin Hong Kong/Macao (“the Referrer”). Child must have been enrolled for at least two months before the Referrer is eligible to refer (not including the parent referring his/her child to enroll in new subject). 5.2 The Referee must be a parent of a new student who successfully enroll the Kumon programme(s) on April 2025in Hong Kong/Macao (“the Referee”).
To Participate in the Event: 6.1 During the Event Period, the Referee shall visit the Kumoncentre in person to complete the enrollment procedures, register through the online enrollment system to enrollApril 2025programme(s), and inform the Referrer about the Referrer’s name as well asthe phone number provided during their enrollment registration. 6.2 Upon enrollment, the Referee must attend the ParentsOrientation organized by the Kumoncentre to further understand the learning methods. 6.3 The Referee’s child must also undergo a diagnostic test for the enrolled subject to allow the instructor to observe and analyze the child’s abilities.
E-GiftDistribution: 7.1 E-Gift voucher: PARKnSHOP Supermarket Gift Voucher (value at HK$100). The voucher cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged for cash. 7.2 After the Referee successfully enrolled, the Referrer shouldregister bothReferrerand Referee’s information online, information including:Student name, name of current studying centre. parent contact information (parent should confirm the phone have WhatsApp applicationto receive the gift voucher). 7.3 Organizer will verify the information of the Referrer and the Referee. After the Referee has successfully enrolledfor April 2025, the Organizer will distribute the e-Gift voucher to the Referrer & Referee through WhatsApp respectively. The Referrer & Referee must collect the e-Gift voucher within one month of being notified, otherwise they will become void and cannot be re-issued.
The Organizerreserves the right of final acceptance of registration. In events, including but not limited to, of provision of false information, or does not follow the registration procedure, the Organizer reserve the rights to deprive any participant of participating. If the Organizer finds any false information or concealment of information at any time, fraud, or any other violation of terms and conditions, Organizerreserves the rights to disqualifyboth the Referrer and the Refereefromparticipating in and receiving the gift voucher.
By participating in the Event, participants are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions. Organizer reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Such changes are applicable to new and existing participants.
In case of any dispute, Kumon Hong Kong Co. Ltd. (applicable in Hong Kong region) / Kumon Macao Co. Ltd. (applicable in Macao region) and Kumon instructors reserve the right of final decision. In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese version, the Chinese version shall apply and prevail.
